We are happy to announce that FM Facility Maintenance has approved us as their vendor servicing their nationwide chains and franchises. We are looking forward to meeting and exceeding all expectations. In these days many of the Nationwide companies are opting for stronger partners over inconsistency of cheaper companies. Having such a large footprint gives these nationwide providers less paperwork and more stability. It is important to provide good service and I want to congratulate our team.

Visiting Abroad

Gerald has his traveling orders, from the Air Force, to go to Antigua and The Ascension Island. He is going to look at upcoming contracts and meet the administration. We have a strong feeling we will be awarded contracts due in part to our Highly experienced Team Partners, well developed experience and strong Bonding capabilities. This will mark the beginning of our 8A Federal Government work and will position the company, to take on more projects as Prime.

Maintenance for security and doors has been expanded to full Building

CDA is primarily a construction company that has a large Maintenance Division. Having been in the security industry for most of his life the founder has kept a focus on life safety and security. We are starting to offer our existing customers the ability to use us for all of their Building Maintenance needs. It just made sense that many smaller facilities do not want to maintain payroll for some one qualified to take care of their less demanding needs. We have been able to offer programs where our customers get highly qualified individuals to handle their problems at the fraction of the cost of a full time employee. We work out a monthly schedule and they get the routine maintenance plus have a pool of resources available 24 hours for emergencies. This is a win-win situation for all of us they get convenience and reduced overall costs and we get a loyal customer.

CDA Solutions Purchases Absolute Access & Security and A&D Locksmith

Gerald Hiebert founder/owner of CDA Solutions purchased the assets from Absolute Access and Security Products. Gerry says, “This will improve and extend both company’s services”. Typically Absolute Access doesn’t come into the Brevard county Treasure Coast area for service and CDA solutions typically didn’t go into the Orlando area. As far as merging the companies Gerry stated, “We are intending to increase the abilities of our maintenance services and bring in new capabilities. Absolute Access has a strong presence in the central Florida market and the purchase brings CDA more resources and capabilities.” We are interested in extending our service to cover the Central Florida Market. As far as long range plans we are in testing phase and aren’t willing to comment on them yet.

Jerry is attending a Tony Robbins coaching event this week. Tony Robbins has coached presidents, athletes and high powered businessmen. We expect a fired up and motivated time around the office…even more then usual. Jerry got even more serious with his personal development over the last 2 years (along with the business development) and the company is doing better than ever.

Master Key Systems

Here is a video from CDA about building Master Key Systems and how they work. Jerry goes into detail about the security flaws and mentions electronic access control systems, with card readers. You will find these systems are now on most hotels, dorms and office buildings. With the new technologies it is even cheaper to retrofit buildings now. We have been doing a lot of access control systems, for local government and health care facilities. Now smaller facilities are able to afford these security systems. Some even realize a savings, when considering the impact of employee turn over.

Vault Door Installation

We have finished the DEA Vault Door installation in Miami Florida. We are attaching a video of the Vault being installed, by our technicians but we are unable to show too much (because of security issues). The Vault installation is uploaded to youtube.
