Gerald Hiebert

Jerry has been a small business owner for over 20 years, focusing in the security industry, and is also a Certified Building Contractor. Jerry tests well, so he has many certifications, doesn’t mind doing the paperwork and strategic planning for opportunities.
Jerry has qualified CDA Solutions as an SBA designated 8A company, for government contracting. Jerry is dedicated, to the future of his companies, and enjoys the challenges that business brings.
Most of his hobbies revolve around small business ventures and constant learning. He is a real big believer in personal development and life strategies. Jerry has grown CDA Solutions consistently, through a down economy, and believes in putting the right team together to get the job done.
Chad Anderson

Chad Anderson
Chad was a world record holder for the 2001 USAC and a 2000 IASCA Open World Record Holder His focus in the early days was in Automotive low voltage systems for sound and security. This is where he excelled and became a trainer for Best Buy. He went into home and business security in 2004. Since he has been a manager and has gotten certified as a Fire Inspector, Safety Inspector, Fire and Alarm Technician. Chad also has his Department of Homeland security clearance. Through the years he has also been factory certified for numerous products by Medeco, Dedicated Micros, ALOA, Keri, etc.
Chad is committed to securing his customers interests and is always continuing his education in the integrated security industry. Chad has been working with CDA Solutions, since 2006 when we were founded and previously worked with Gerald Hiebert at his previous company in 2004.
Chad has a great rapport with all his clients and loves to talk about his favorite football team (The Steelers) or boating and fishing. He is also an avid martial arts expert and studies continuously.
James Brock
James Brock
James had a long career with the Air Force and was an Operations Manager for 22 years. He has a Bachelors of Science in Management from the Golden Gate University. James has been a Financial Adviser and worked in retail management as well.
James has a side gig as Brocko the Clown where he manages and provides entertainment for corporate and families in the Brevard county area. James is a well rounded and dedicated guy who loves people and it shows. James also likes Golf and Gardening.
Melinda Martin

Melinda Martin
Melinda has been working in accounting and customer service for 10 years and is a great asset to CDA Solutions. Melinda has worked her way up into the head of Account payable and receivables.
Melinda is taking classes to improve her portfolio and has completed the Linear training, for their access control systems, and handles a lot of our entry programming.
Melinda is also very creative and her outlet is Pottery.
