Gerald Hiebert founder/owner of CDA Solutions purchased the assets from Absolute Access and Security Products. Gerry says, “This will improve and extend both company’s services”. Typically Absolute Access doesn’t come into the Brevard county Treasure Coast area for service and CDA solutions typically didn’t go into the Orlando area. As far as merging the companies Gerry stated, “We are intending to increase the abilities of our maintenance services and bring in new capabilities. Absolute Access has a strong presence in the central Florida market and the purchase brings CDA more resources and capabilities.” We are interested in extending our service to cover the Central Florida Market. As far as long range plans we are in testing phase and aren’t willing to comment on them yet.

Here is a video from CDA about building Master Key Systems and how they work. Jerry goes into detail about the security flaws and mentions electronic access control systems, with card readers. You will find these systems are now on most hotels, dorms and office buildings. With the new technologies it is even cheaper to retrofit buildings now. We have been doing a lot of access control systems, for local government and health care facilities. Now smaller facilities are able to afford these security systems. Some even realize a savings, when considering the impact of employee turn over.

As a business owner who knows the importance of great service, I am pleased to announce a new nationwide security company has finished their evaluation of CDA Solutions Inc. and has sent us a glowing approved vendor letter.

We would like to thank all the technicians who serviced these jobs…although we aren’t sure which ones were evaluated. We have done 8 different jobs (in the last 6 months) at the; Bath and Bodyworks, Zales Jewelery, Regis Salons and Super Cuts. There were 6 different techs who performed these security service and door replacements…Tom Dickenson, Keith Howell, Evan Smith, Mike Mascolino and Jerry Hiebert. We are sure they all upheld our company standards and they all deserve recognition.

With the addition of our new partnership with Security Solutions we are now servicing over 20 active nationwide service companies, that deal with the box stores and chains, throughout the United States.

Overly manufactures specialty doors for government and organizations requiring specialty applications including; Blast Doors (explosion resistant), acoustical doors (sound resistance) and Vault doors. CDA Solutions, Inc. Commercial Door and Access is a certified for their installations  (on all their different products).

We are now updating our service area with Overl Door to include the Southeast United States, the Caribbean and International installations as well. We are pleased to announce the official extended range of operation. We have done work outside of Florida before, but are now looking at completing these projects on a regular basis.

This coverage is being extended to offer Overly our services, in more remote areas. We offer the installations to any distributor seeking a qualified installation company as well as provide the complete package, of products with installation.

Scott Lane is our new project manager and he flew up to Pittsburgh on the 6th of December (with the marketing Director, Gerald Hiebert). Scott went for specialized training for the certification,  from Overly on their Vault Doors.

Overly Door, manufactures the Class 5 Vault doors we are installing on the 15 th of December, at the DEA.

We are supplying and installing 3 of these Class 5 Vaults, 2 with Day Gates and one is big enough to drive a forklift through. We have been preparing for this job for 8 months ( mostly the paperwork alone).

We are hoping to be complete in 2 days (on the 17th). We will be posting pictures if we are allowed to by the facility (not of internal components). We should be posting the sales income in late January or early February.
